At DigiWireless, we are committed to delivering your custom signage products with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we process and deliver orders.

1. Order Processing

Each order is crafted with precision and customised to your specific requirements. As a result:

• Production Time: Most orders are processed and produced within 3–10 business days, depending on the complexity and materials.

• You will receive an order confirmation once your order is received and another notification when it has been shipped or is ready for pickup.

2. Shipping Options

We offer the following options:

• Local Delivery (within East, West, North, South): Available upon request. Delivery fees may apply based on distance and order size.

• Courier Shipping (Nationwide): We partner with reliable carriers to ship across Trinidad. Delivery times vary based on location.

• In-Store Pickup: Available at our 2401 Fountain Demo Store Location. TT location. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Order size and weight

• Delivery method

• Destination address

You will be shown applicable shipping charges during checkout or at the time of quoting.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and destination:

• Local Deliveries: 1–3 business days after production

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

• Express Shipping: Available on request at an additional cost

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or public holidays.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if needed, provide a replacement.

6. International Shipping

At this time, Digiwireless primarily serves local and national customers. If you are located outside Trinidad & Tobago, please contact us directly to discuss possible shipping arrangements.
