About Digiwireless
Who/What is Digiwireless?

Digiwireless is an authorized Digicel dealer in Trinidad & Tobago, with 12 branches across Trinidad. We provide Digicel mobile services, including SIM cards, eSIMs, Top Up, Prepaid and Postpaid plans, as well as Digicel+ Cable & Internet services and MiFi portable internet.

We also sell unlocked smartphones, feature phones, mobile accessories and other technology devices from trusted brands.

Digicel Mobile Services
Can I purchase a Digicel SIM card or eSIM at Digiwireless?

Yes. Digiwireless offers Digicel SIM cards and eSIMs in Trinidad & Tobago, subject to device and service compatibility.

Our team can assist with getting your SIM or eSIM activated and help you choose the right Digicel Prepaid or Postpaid plan for your needs.

You can also purchase Digicel Top Up at our stores.

Yes. You can visit any Digiwireless branch to pay your Digicel bill and access available Digicel services.

Our team can also assist with questions about available Digicel mobile services and plans.

Yes. Digiwireless offers a range of Digicel Prepaid and Postpaid plans in Trinidad & Tobago.

Our team can help you select a plan based on your data, calling and connectivity needs. Available plans, pricing and promotions may change from time to time.

Yes. Digiwireless offers Digicel+ Cable & Internet services, including home internet packages.

Yes. Digiwireless offers MiFi portable internet solutions.

MiFi allows compatible devices to connect to the internet through Digicel’s mobile network. It can be a convenient option for customers who need portable internet or an alternative internet solution.

What phones and technology products does Digiwireless sell?

Digiwireless sells a variety of smartphones, unlocked phones, feature phones, mobile accessories, and technology devices.

Our selection includes trusted brands such as Samsung, BLU, Logic, Alcatel, and Nokia, along with feature phones(Me-2 phones).

Phone models and availability may vary by branch.

Yes. Digiwireless sells unlocked mobile phones that can be used with compatible mobile networks. Our phones also come with trusted warranty.

You do not need to sign up for a Digicel plan to purchase an unlocked phone. Contact us or visit one of our branches to check current phone models, prices and availability.

Delivery / Contact / Careers
Does Digiwireless offer delivery in Trinidad?

Yes. Digiwireless offers nationwide delivery across Trinidad for eligible phones and accessories.

Delivery fees range from $30–$50, depending on the delivery location. Payment can be made by cash, LINX or credit card.

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, and delivery generally takes 2–4 business days once your order has been confirmed.

Please note:

  • Delivery is available for phones and accessories only.
  • SIM cards and services that require a signed contract or in-store activation are not available for deliveryand must be completed at a Digiwireless branch.
  • Delivery is not available for items purchased as part of in-store sales, flash sales or promotional offers, unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery availability, fees and timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and order.
